PRIÈRES DU MATIN
Au réveil, on dit la louange suivante :
Modé ani lefanékha, mélékh haïe vekayam, chéhéh’ézarta bi nichmati beh’émla rabba
émounatékha.

On procède ensuite à l’ablution des mains.
Après avoir achevé sa toilette, on dit les bénédictions suivantes :
Baroukh atta AD-ONAÏE ÉLOHEINOU mélékh ha’olam achére qiddechanou bemitsvotav
vetsivanou ‘al netilate yadaïm.

BÉNÉDICTIONS DU TALITH
On saisit le Talith des deux mains et, le tenant déployé devant soi, on dit la bénédiction suivante :
Baroukh atta AD-ONAÏE ÉLOHEINOU mélékh ha’olam achére qiddechanou bemitsvotav
vetsivanou lehithatef betsitsite.

MISE DES TEFILINES
La Tefilla du bras est placée un peu au-dessous du milieu du biceps gauche, face au pli du coude, et inclinée
vers le cœur. Avant de serrer le lacet à l’aide de la lanière, on dit la bénédiction suivante :
Baroukh atta AD-ONAÏE ÉLOHEINOU mélékh ha’olam achére qiddechanou bemitsvotav
vetsivanou léhaniyah tefilline.

Si l’on s’est interrompu par des paroles après avoir dit la bénédiction de la Tefilla du bras, on dira la
bénédiction suivante, avant de mettre la Tefilla de la tête :
Baroukh atta AD-ONAÏE ÉLOHEINOU mélékh ha’olam achére qiddechanou bemitsvotav
vetsivanou ‘al mitsvate tefilline.
